Construction Accident

The Construction industry is responsible for many work related injuries. Construction accidents provide the injured worker the same benefits as all other work related injuries with the exception that many times construction accidents allow the injured worker to file a lawsuit against an additional party or parties responsible for the injuries.

With construction accidents, if your injuries were due to the fault of a company or an employee of a company other than that of your employer, you may be eligible for damages greater than that provided under the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Act and may be entitled to present your case for damages to a jury. Violations of safety rules such as OSHA, ANSI or other similar rules, regulations or standards may permit an injured worker to bring a claim for money damages not provided under the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Act.

If you or a loved one has been injured in a construction accident and are not receiving the benefits you deserve, call or email us for a free case evaluation. We will investigate the construction accident to determine the cause and identify all liable parties. Our attorneys are known for their thorough preparation and dedication to their clients’ cases.
