Trench Collapses

Some of the most serious work related injuries involve trench collapses. Trench collapses often times take place as a result of your employer or another contractor inadequetly protecting the trench from collapsing. Many times, workers that are injured or killed in a trench collapse may be eligable to file a lawsuit against the party or parties responsible for the trench collapse and receive benefits greater than that provided by the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Act.
