Mary C. Hamilton

Mary graduated cum laude from Davidson College in 1987. She received her law degree from the University of Virginia in 1992. After graduating from law school, she served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Glen E. Conrad in the Western District of Virginia. Mary practiced employment law in Virginia for several years, where she argued cases before the Virginia Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. She moved to Indiana and was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2000.
Mary’s practice is focused on assisting claimants with their claims for disability benefits under Title II (“SSDI”) and Title XVI (“SSI”) of the Social Security Act. She is a member of the National Association of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives and of the Indiana State Bar Association.
