When a load was negligently dropped into the bed of his dump truck, a tri-axle
truck driver was propelled into the ceiling of the cab and suffered a traumatic brain

there was enough evidence to file a claim against the company responsible. In total,
the worker recovered $400,000.
Broken Leg - $50,000
Recently, an Indiana worker maneuvered a scissors lift over an improperly covered floor opening. When the
covering broke, the lift tipped over and the worker broke his leg. Because of our extensive experience

Worker's Compensation
