Randal M. Klezmer
Randy Klezmer is the principal of Klezmer & Associates. Randy has been practicing law since 1992 and has represented thousands of injured Indiana workers before the Indiana Worker's Compensation Board. He also handles third party claims against those responsible for work related accidents, including the manufacturers of defective products and individuals and companies responsible for work related accidents. A native of Indianapolis, Randy graduated from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis in 1992, and was admitted to the Indiana Bar that same year. Employee groups frequently ask Randy to speak at seminars discussing the Indiana Worker's Compensation system. Randy is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association and the Evansville Bar Association.

Nathan B. Maudlin
Nathan Maudlin has been an associate attorney with Klezmer & Associates since July 2003. Nathan represents workers in claims arising out of workplace injuries including worker's compensation claims, wrongful or retaliatory discharge claims and violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Nathan graduated cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis in 1995, and was admitted to the Indiana Bar later that same year. Nathan also represents the Town of New Harmony, Indiana. His memberships include the Indiana State Bar Association, the Evansville Bar Association and the Indiana Municipal Lawyers Association.

Natalie Fierek joined Klezmer & Associates in May 2006. Natalie has been involved in the worker’s compensation community since 2001 and has been practicing worker’s compensation law since 2004. Natalie is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis and Ball State University and is licensed to practice law in Indiana and Illinois. Natalie’s practice is focused on representing injured workers before the Worker’s Compensation Board of Indiana and the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. She is a member of the American, Indiana State, and Indianapolis Bar Associations.
